Francis T. Tormen, Ph.D.

President

 

Dr. Tormen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia; he later obtained a Master degree in Public Administration from Western International University in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Tormen obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, graduating with honors, which automatically earned him an induction into the Pi Alpha Alpha (PAA) national honor society administered by the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration in the United States, an affiliate of NASPAA, a global standard in public service education. Dr. Tormen is also a member of several academic associations such as the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) and Delaware Association for Public Administration (DAPA).

 

Dr. Francis Tormen is the founder and President of Camtech School of Health Sciences & Technology since 2001. As an Information Technology expert who holds numerous certifications in the field, he has worked and taught many IT courses in Information Systems Networking and Cyber Security. He founded CAMTECH to address the growing need for healthcare professionals and technology experts in our technology-driven world. Over the years Camtech has graduated many IT and Allied Health professionals including Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants and other healthcare professionals who are now contributing to their professions in different part of the country and abroad.

Dr. Tormen has volunteered some of his services as an external member of a Ph.D. dissertation committee at Wilmington University. He also provides Online lectures for the School of Public Policy and Administration at Saint Monica University. Dr. Tormen published his dissertation on PROQUEST in both hard and soft copy and available on order HERE.

 

Godlove T. Fonjweng, Ph.D.

Dr. Godlove Fonjweng obtained his bachelor’s degree in Geochemistry from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania; Masters and doctorate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Fonjweng is currently the Vice President for Academic Programs and Marketing at CAMTECH. Prior to CAMTECH, he served in various teaching and administrative capacities in higher education as assistant and adjunct professor at Philadelphia University and the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served many administrative roles in academic program management, academic advising, academic affairs, and global education at Philadelphia University, University of Pennsylvania, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and Wilkes University.

 

Fitru Temesgen Wodajo, MD

Dr. Wodajo holds a Medical Doctor degree from Addis Ababa University Medical School in Ethiopia. He obtained a Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology from New Castle University in Australia. His educational background includes an emphasis in clinical medicine, health education, clinical research, and health administration.

Dr. Wodajo is the Program Director at CAMTECH where he leads new program development efforts, teaches allied health courses such as phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, just to name a few. Dr. Wodajo also supervises teaching staff and front office personnel. Prior to CAMTECH he worked as a physician for over 20 years in Ethiopia, serving in many capacities, including medical director and chairperson of a teaching hospital. Dr. Wodajo later immigrated to the United States where he worked for many years at A.I. DuPont children hospital as a research fellow in pediatrics/orthopedic and also at DAWN Career Institute as Program Coordinator and Instructor. His dedication and patience with students have helped transform the lives of many students who are now gainfully employed in the medical field.
